All sales are final and can not be cancelled due to change of mind.

No Returns. We do not provide a Refund or Exchange for change of mind.

Hankys is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

Payment

Payment is accepted by a variety of methods; including: Credit Card (VISA/Mastercard/American Express), PayPal and Bank Deposit.

Vouchers

A voucher for one product/category can not be transferred for use on another product/category. The voucher can only be used for its advertised purpose.

A voucher is NOT redeemable for cash, a credit note or any other monetary denomination.
